By entrusting Animals Angel Auntie M. with your pets care you are accepting the following
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- Payment must be paid in advance or on arrival; payment can be made by cash or bank transfer. Charges include drop off and collection days at full day rate regardless of arrival and departure times.
- The deposit will be required to secure your booking.
- Any cancellation of bookings 14 days or less before commencement date will incur a charge of your deposit/payment.
- If your pet becomes ill while you are away we will do our best to contact you. If we cannot speak to you and your pet requires treatment we will seek help from your vet, a transport fee is payable (depending on the location of the used vet)plus any vets bills incurred. Vet bills need to be paid by you over the phone after your pet visit with me. Transport fees need to be paid by bank transfer.
- Animals Angel Auntie M. does not accept any responsibility should your pet pass away whilst in our care.
- Should your pet pass away we have no facilities for storage. Your pet will be transported to your vet and we can help you with any arrangements while you are away ( cremation etc). Any charges incurred will be payable on your return to your vet or over the phone to your vet. Our charge for this service is £25.
- We are sorry but we are not responsible for any damage caused by your pet/s (chewed carpet, scratched sofa etc).
- I am giving my permission to Animals Angel auntie M. to put my pets pictures on their website and social media.
